Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled by 44-30. days before the arrival date, the guest will be refunded 50% of the deposit fee paid.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Seaside Serenity House is located across the street from the beach in Nea Iraklitsa, in the area of Kavala. The spacious and comfortable maisonette can accommodate 8 people and offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Accommodation

The main bedroom has a double bed and its own terrace with a view of the sea. The second bedroom contains a single bed and bunk beds for children.

The ground floor and the middlefloor each feature a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining area. Kitchens include a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and dishes.

The maisonette also has two private bathrooms with a bathtub, a shower, and a washing machine.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, bed linen, towels, and an iron.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace and a garden with a sea view, an outdoor area for sitting and dining, as well as free parking on the street in front of the accommodation. Pets are welcome.
