Description
This marvellous, family summer villa is very comfortable both outside and inside. The house has 100m2 including a large balcony (30m2) overlooking the garden and the sea. The sea is just 200m away or 3-minute on foot. The house is located 2km from the center of Nea Potidea, while Kallithea is 10 minutes away by car.
There's a barbeque corner with gazebo and a dining table, a traditional handmade swing in the yard (400m2) and private parking.
Accommodation
The house consists of two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Amenities include two air conditioners, WiFi internet, espresso and filter coffee machine, mosquito screens on doors and windows, two baby cribs, iron, tumble dryer, washing machine and a TV set. Linen is changed every five days.
Seaside Family Villa can host up to eight people in two double beds and two sofa beds each with a single drawer bed.
