Description

Seashell Luxury Maisonette is located in Nikiti, about 950 meters from the sandy beach. The sea, numerous and diverse restaurants, shops, and a well-maintained promenade are all located near the accommodation.

Accommodation

Both units have a similar layout and are arranged on two levels. Each accommodation can host up to four adults and one child. The ground floor includes a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet. On the upper level, located on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has either two single beds or bunk beds, depending on the unit. The living room also features a sofa suitable for one child.
A baby cot can be provided upon request and is included in the price.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with air conditioning units and TVs available in the living room and in each bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop with four burners, a large oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. There is also a terrace furnished with outdoor seating where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the apartment, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is provided every five days during the stay. Private parking is not available, but street parking can usually be found near the property.
