• Prices are expressed in € for the entire apartment/per day.
• The listed prices are the official prices of the owner of the object, without any additional intermediary commission.
• Note: The tourist tax (2 per day/per room) is not included in the regular prices and is payable on the spot, as well as 50 EUR as a cleaning fee after leaving the apartment.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the total price is paid, and the remaining 70% is paid upon arrival at the facility.
• The minimum stay is 7 nights.

Cancellation policy
• If the apartment is canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus 30 EUR administrative costs).
• If the apartment is canceled later or in case of a no-show the guest, the owner of the building has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Seascape Apartment is located in an environment ideal for a peaceful vacation and offers its guests a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, and all the necessary facilities for a nice vacation. The apartment is located 240m from the beach (just a few minutes walk) in the very center of Siviri, on the picturesque Kassandra peninsula. Although the apartment is located in the center, the complex in which it is located is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it excellent for a family vacation. The complex contains an inner courtyard that is horticulturally landscaped, which is convenient for families with children.

Accommodation

Apartment Seascape was renovated in 2022, is on the first floor and has completely new furniture. It contains two terraces, a smaller one with a view of the yard that belongs to one bedroom, and a large one (20m2) with a view of the sea, which contains a dining table with chairs and a special table with two garden armchairs.

Guests have at their disposal 50 m2 of interior space, two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The living room has a folding sofa, an armchair and a chest of drawers with a 46-inch Samsung TV, inverter air conditioning and free internet. In the living room there is a dining room with a dining table and 4 chairs (+ two folding). The kitchen is completely new and includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove with oven, extractor fan and microwave, as well as new crockery, dining service, escaige and all other kitchen elements.

The bathroom has been completely renovated, with new elements and a shower cabin.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, which should not be a problem because the apartment has two terraces. Pets are not allowed.

Seascape apartment has a capacity for 4-5 people.

Lepo uređen, prostran, opremljen i čist apartman, na dobroj lokaciji, sa velikom terasom i bočnim pogledom na more. Ljubazne domaćice od prvog kontakta, dočeka, do ispraćaja, zaslužuju veliku pohvalu i poštovanje.

Smeštaj opremljen svime što je potrebno, i više od toga. Udobno, lepo, komotno. Osećaj kao kod kuće, bez skučenosti. Domaćinima sve pohvale i čestitke i za smeštaj i za saradnju.

Za porodicu koja je prvi put sa decom letovala u apartmanu umesto all inclusive hotelu, ovaj apartman nam je bio apsolutno savrsen. Odlicno opremljen,na dobroj lokaciji, vlasnici su bili tu za sve sto nam je trebalo. Zaista, najiskrenije pohvale i sve preporuke.
