Description

Seafront Villa is located next to Tripotamos Beach, on the road between Neos Marmaras and Nikiti, on the Sithonia Peninsula. The maisonette can accommodate 5 people and offers its guests an exceptionally well-kept garden, a beautiful view of the sea, private access to the beach, and private parking.

The house is located in a peaceful, natural environment. The nearest store is about 1 kilometer away.

Accommodation

The maisonette is one half of the house, while the other is not rented out. It consists of two levels. The ground floor features a living room, a toilet, and a kitchen that includes a large refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a sofa bed. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Both rooms have access to the terrace with a view of the sea.

There is one air conditioner on each level. The maisonette is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and a hair dryer. Iron and washing machine are available. A baby cot can be added on request.

The accommodation is not cleaned during the stay, and clean sets of bed linen and towels are available, which guests can change when needed.

In front of the house is a very nice garden full of palm trees and greenery, where guests can relax on a large swing or deckchairs. There is also a summerhouse with a barbecue and outside seating and dining area. The yard is fenced and has direct access to the beach, where umbrellas and sunbeds are provided.

Two private parking spaces are available.

Pets are not allowed.
