Description

Seafront House Christina Aretes is located in front of Aretes beach, 3.5 kilometers from the center of Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is part of a complex of authentic blue and white architecture with a shared garden, barbecue, and private parking. It can accommodate six people and offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Accommodation

The maisonette contains three bedrooms - two with double beds and the third with two single beds. The living room features a fireplace and a couch. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, kitchenware, and a dining area. There is a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as an additional toilet.

The maisonette is not air-conditioned, but portable fans are available. It is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a television, a washing machine, and an iron. A baby cot, bed linen, and towels are provided.

The unit also offers a spacious, covered terrace with an outdoor dining/sitting area and a direct view of the sea.

The complex includes a spacious shared garden, and guests have access to a barbecue, outdoor furniture, free private parking, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
