Accommodation
This property is a maisonette – a two-level apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, one toilet, a kitchen, and two large terraces (with outdoor furniture and views). In addition, guests have access to a shared courtyard and two parking spaces. The capacity of the maisonette is 5 people.
On the ground floor, in the open-plan area combining the living room, toilet, and kitchen, there are two sofas with a fireplace behind them. The kitchen is excellently equipped – it includes an oven, a flat-top stove, a large refrigerator, a toaster, and two coffee machines (one for filter coffee and one for Nespresso capsules). This floor also has a toilet with a sink and a WC.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms contains one large double bed and an air-conditioning unit. The bathroom is standardly equipped – it has a shower cabin, sink, and WC, and a hair dryer is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Both levels feature a spacious terrace, each with comfortable outdoor furniture and a Smart TV. This accommodation offers views of both the sea and the courtyard greenery. The entire apartment is covered with free Wi-Fi, and guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, as well as a baby highchair and crib (upon request).
Pets are welcome with a surcharge of 20 euros per stay. Cleaning service is charged 100 euros.
