Description

Sea Pearl is a brand new complex (May 2014) of seven modern, elegant self-catering studios, about 90 meters away from the beach. Complex is located at the seafront village of Nea Vrasna and features all the facilities expected of a modern and tasteful retreat as well as a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool that are bound to offer to our guests a truly memorable stay in affordable prices. The location allows easy access to most of the local hot spots, shops, restaurants, bars, and Airport of Thessaloniki is 81 km away.

Accommodation

The complex consists of seven brand new studios with six of them lying on the ground floor while one on the first floor. There are two types of studios: 4 of them consist of one space with a double bed and a couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom / w.c., while they can accommodate up to 4 people. Each kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and the couch can be transformed in a very comfortable double bed. The other 3 studios offer one space with a double bed and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom / w.c., while they can accommodate up to 3 people. The sofa can be transformed into a very comfortable single bed.

Individually controlled air-conditioning is available in each studio. Each apartment features a balcony that looks at the front side of Sea Pearl house facing the pool area, and it has a table and chairs.
