• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Sea and Park View Villa is located in Skala Maries, near the sea, 250m from the Atspas and city beach and about 300m from the city center.

Villa is nice furnished, clean and offers spacious units and sea view in most rooms.

Sea and Park View Villa consists of 4 rooms located on the ground floor and for all guests there is a shared kicthen fully equipped. Each room is about 20m2, can accommodate up to 3+1 persons, and has fridge.

• Room No1 - includes 1 double bed, 1 single bed and terrace with sea view.
• Room No2 - includes 3 twin beds and terrace with sea view.
• Room No3 - includes 2 single beds and small balcony with side sea view.
• Room No4 - includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Has no terrace.
