Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Savas House is located 100 meters from the Paradisos beach, 1km from the city center and 2km from the city beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 2 to 4 persons.

Savas House is surrounded by the nice green garden and offers outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as the BBQ facilities.

Accommodation

Savas House consists of 6 rooms and 2 apartments.

Rooms (18m2) have a double bed or 2 single beds. There is a possibility of adding an extra folded bed upon request. Rooms do not include a kitchen, but they have a fridge. Rooms are located in the semi-basement, ground floor and 1st floor. Can accommodate 2+1 persons.

Apartments (28m2) can accommodate up to 4 persons and are located on the 2nd floor. One apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds and kitchen area with a double bed and the other is duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single bed) and separated kitchen.

Linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
