Santa Marina Villa is located about 2,5km from Limenas on Thassos island, 3.3km from the city beach, and 2.3km from the beach Tarsanas. The first shop is located 1.6km from the accommodation.

The facility offers accommodation with a swimming pool for up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children up to 10 years old).

Santa Marina Villa has one apartment (45m2) on the ground floor. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. One bedroom has one double bed, while the other has a double bed and a corner sofa for two children. The kitchen is located between two bedrooms and each of the rooms has access to the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Cleaning and changing towels and bed linen are done two times per week.

The apartment has a large common veranda, a barbecue, a swimming pool in the yard, and private parking.
