Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Sanni Apartments is located only 300 meters from sandy-pebble Salonikiou Beach and provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi, and free private parking. The traditional village of Metagisti for daily shopping or going out in the afternoon is 5km away, a little further away (9km) you will find the village of Agios Nikolaos and the village of Pirgadikia (7km) with the taverns by the sea.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 6 people.

Accommodation

Sanni Apartments has in total 6 accommodation units - 2 unitson the ground floor, and 2 brand new units on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

On the ground floor (5 steps below the ground) there are 2 studios.

First studio (15m2) has a double bed with a drawer bed and cann accommodate up to 2+1 persons.

Second studio (about 12m2) includes a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 persons

Both studios have: mini stove, refrigerator with a small freezer, terrace with outdoor furniture and bathroom with a shower tray.

Four-bed apartments (about 32m2) are located on the 1st floor and have: living room with a kitchen (mini stove and fridge with freezer) where are 2 single beds and separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom (with a shower). Both apartments have a terrace that can be accessed from both spaces.

Two maisonettes (about 75m2) are located on teh 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each maisonette has a living room where are kitchen and a sofa bed, a gallery with a double bed (a bit smaller than the standard bed), separate bedroom with 2 single beds thar are connected, kitchen with a large refrigerator (with a freezer) and a large stove, bathrooms with a shower tray. Both maisonettes have a terrace that can be accessed from both spaces. Terrace offers distant side sea view.
