Description

Sani Luxury Villas is a tranquil oasis, nestled amongst lush gardens in secluded area of Halkidiki peninsula steps away from sandy beach, restaurants, shops and entertainments of the resort. The vivid bouquet of our collection consists of five cozy villas Anemone, Artemisia, Azalea, Asteri and Amelia named after self-titled lovely plants that form the colorful landscape of this picturesque corner of Greece. The design of the villas is drenched with Greek traditions, but this have been done not at the expense of comfort – luxurious decorations and state of the art technology perfectly fit the interior and have their special contribution in creating the atmosphere of coziness.

Accomodation

Artemisia Villa (120 m2 indoor) - Artemisia Villa is situated amongst extensive private park area within walking distance of the sandy beach, restaurants, shops and local entertainments. In order to insure the atmosphere of comfort and not pretentious luxury, the same concept was imposed in the design of the villa combining wood with marble, state-of-the-art technology with retro style and traditions with modernity. Equipped with three separate bedrooms Artemisia Villa perfectly suites both large groups of friends and family travelers, while personal butler will accommodate the needs of each of its guests. Here you have at your complete disposal a large shared pool* with adults and kids sections, a covered patio, an extensive outdoor terrace for sunbathing and a roof-top terrace for enjoying the evening drink. Last but not the least is the highest level of privacy. There is a outdoor hot tub. Pets are allowed until 5 kg with extra charge 30 euro per day. Can accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children.

Anemone Villa (120 m2 indoor) - The design of the villa is drenched with Greek traditions, but this have been done not at the expense of comfort – luxurious decorations and state-of-the-art technology perfectly fit the interior and have their special contribution in creating the atmosphere of coziness. Villa’s two-storey building constitutes of 3 large bedrooms, fine-decorated living room and fully equipped kitchen, while outdoors offer a roof-top hot tub, a covered patio, adorned with flowers two open air terraces and surely a large swimming shared pool with a special section for kids (the pool is closed 20th Sep - 30th Apr). Villa has jacuzzi. Can accommodate up to 6 adults.

Azalea Villa (120 m2 indoor) - Decorated in shades of blue, from furniture design to elegant wall paintings, the villa is located in private parkland, within walking distance to sandy beach, restaurants, shops and local entertainments. Azalea Villa's well-thought-out design intelligently divides its two-story building between 3 separate bedrooms, spacious living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Fans of outdoor activities will also find a covered patio with a dining area, an extensive terrace decorated with flowers as well as a veranda furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The recreation area of villa also includes a large shared pool with kids section (the pool is closed 20th Sep - 30th Apr). Guests can enjoy the intimate Tango model of hot tub, designed for two people. Can accommodate up to 6 adults.

Amelia Villa (120 m2 indoor) - Surrounded by lush greenery, the two-storey Amelia Villa is located in one of the most popular and picturesque corner of the marvelous peninsula of Halkidiki. The interior of the villa is designed in vintage style and is ideally suitable for family holidays or group of friends’ getaway. Light colors & lush pillows, a fireplace, a furnished veranda and warm decor elements evoke a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The villa is equipped with everything needed for a carefree holidays and provides a home away from home atmosphere with its three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living room as well as a covered patio with dining area and spacious outdoor terrace. This idyll is complemented by the extensive park area, a spacious shared swimming pool and stepping accessibility from the sandy beach (the pool is closed 20th Sep - 30th Apr). Amaryllis Villa is a cozy two-storey villa located amongst lush gardens in secluded area of the picturesque village of Sani. Villa’s outdoor area is equipped with a spacious swimming pool, a furnished veranda and BBQ facilities. In regards to indoors, Amaryllis is decorated in beige, white and turquoise, with an emphasis on the traditional architectural style of the Cycladic islands. Amaryllis Villa offers its guests three 3 separate bedrooms with King Size beds, spacious living room, fully equipped open plan kitchen as well as equipped with a sofa-bed loft style balcony on the first floor (the pool is closed 15th Oct - 30th Apr). Can accommodate up to 6 adults.

Asteri Villa (150m2) - A majestic Asteri Villa is located in on the most famous and picturesque corner of the peninsula of Halkidiki – the village of Sani. The two-storey stylish villa meets the high standards for an ideal holiday, offering three bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room – all equipped with the latest technology using Smart Home system. A fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a laundry room are located on three levels of the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Moreover, the master bedroom has its private bathroom and two of three bedrooms provide private balconies. This idyll is complemented with two outdoor terraces, a spacious private garden and BBQ zone as well as proximity to the sandy beach. Guests can enjoy the spacious Lord model hot tub, designed for up to five people. Can accommodate up to 6 adults.

Kako poslati zahtev za rezervaciju smeštaja sa našeg sajta - lako i veoma brzo

Nakon što izvršite pretragu smeštaja na našem sajtu i odlučite se za željeni objekat, kliknite na dugme "Pošalji zahtev za rezervaciju".

Nakon slanja zahteva

Molimo vas da budete strpljivi. Iako većina vlasnika objekata u Grčkoj vrlo brzo odgovara odgovor na zahtev vam može stići na mail nakon 3-4 dana. Obavezno proverite Spam ili Junk folder Vašeg email programa, jer se ponekad dogodi da email nekog od njih završi u Spamu.

Ukoliko i nakon 3-4 dana još uvek niste dobili odgovor to znači da ste prilikom slanja zahtea verovatno greškom uneli neispravnu email adresu i odgovor vlasnika vam neće stići. U tom slučaju potrebno je da zahtev pošaljete ponovo, ovaj put sa ispravno unetom email adresom.

Ukoliko vam je odgovor potreban hitno i želite odmah da stupite u kontakt sa vlasnikom, možete ga kontaktirati putem Viber-a ili Whatsapp-a ili mu poslati sms poruku.

Kada vam stigne potvrda da je smeštaj slobodan

Ukoliko dobijete potvrdu da je smeštaj slobodan i da možete da uđete u proces rezervacije, potrebno je da napišete u odgovoru mejlom kada ćete to uraditi kako vlasnik ne bi termin ustupio drugom potencijalnom gostu.

Nakon što izvršite uplatu potrebno je da to takođe napišete u mailu sa uključenim podacima o uplati: sa kog imena je uplaćen depozit, iznos depozita koji ste uplatili i datum uplate - ukoliko uplaćujete preko računa banke.

U slučaju uplate depozita putem Western Union-a potrebno je da napišete u mailu kontrolni broj naloga (MTCN broj od 10 cifara) kojim je novac poslat i ime i prezime pošiljaoca.

Nakon što primi uplatu vlasnik treba da vam potvrdi mailom da je uplatu primio i da je smeštaj rezervisan za vas. Potvrda vlasnika najčešće stiže nakon 2-4 dana ukoliko ste uplatu izvršili preko banke. Ukoliko ste uplatili putem Western Union-a može se desiti da na potvrdu vlasnika sačekate i do 7 dana.

Kada vam vlasnik potvrdi u mailu da je primio uplatu, smeštaj je rezervisan za vas i ništa osim toga više nije potrebno da uradite.

Uplata depozita vlasniku objekta

Uplata depozita koju uglavnom većina vlasnika smeštaja traži unapred i koja najčešće iznosi 20-50% od ukupne cene, je standardna procedura koja i vama, a i vlasnicima apartmana/vila/hotela pruža sigurnost rezervacije: vlasniku je depozit garancija da ćete doći određenog datuma i da im smeštajna jedinica neće ostati prazna, a vama garancija da će vas smeštajna jedinica čekati pod uslovima koje ste dogovorili sa vlasnikom.
