• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

A lovely house surrounded by trees located ON the SAND of a private beach! With a huge field of grass where you can relax! Extremely quiet, in the heart of greek nature, combining both sea and mountain! Our lovely beach house that is almost 3 steps from the sea.

At 4km from our resort from the city Ormos Panagias, one can rent a boat for a cruise on a daily basis that goes to Mount Athos. At a distance of 10km from our village, in the village of Nikiti, you can find many supermarkets, shops, taverns and restaurants. It is recommended that you have your own or rented car to get to these places.

Accommodation

In our property, there are 2 houses/villas, one in the front and one next to it, in the back. The big house that is in the main picture of our listing, is the one that my family and I live in, in the weekends.

The porch of the house is covered with pergola. The house consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen which is fully equipped.

We are looking for a quiet families or couples looking for a place to relax and rest. Smoking is allowed everywhere. As far as cleaning the house, we provide you with all the necessary equipment, so the cleaning you can organize by yourselves according to your own needs.

In a backyard barbecue and picnic table, as shown in the pictures, where you can have breakfast, lunch or organize another meal.
