Description

San Lazarro Apartments are a newly built complex that consists of 16 apartments in a verdant and idyllic location in Perigiali, 100 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the centre of Nidri. The apartments are located 27 kilometres from the airport and 17 kilometres from Lefkada town. The beautiful scenery with the rich vineyards, the fruitful orchards and fragrant gardens, characterizes the area.

This beauty is completed by the wonderful view from the apartment’s balconies. The beautiful islands of Madouri teamed with the poet Valaoritis’ manor, Onassi’s famous Scorpios, Scorpidi and Meganisi are located across from the property.

Accommodation

The apartment complex consists of 11 double rooms housing 2 to 3 people, 4 quadruple rooms housing 4 to 5 people as well as 1 maisonette housing 6 people. The double and quadruple rooms include a bedroom with one single or two double beds, kitchenette, sitting room with a sofa bed and a bathroom.

The two storey maisonette has an interior staircase and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious sitting room and kitchen. All the apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite television, refrigerator and all the amenities to provide a comfortable stay.

The property includes a bar in the first floor where drinks, coffee, snacks and breakfast are served. There is a supermarket, doctor’s office, restaurants and taverns in 200 metres from the apartments.
