• A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure, provided no damage has been caused to the accommodation.
• Additional cleaning is available upon guest request and is charged €70 per cleaning.

Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sai Luxury Maison A is located in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 80 meters from Toroni Beach.

Accommodation

The maisonette can accommodate up to 7–8 guests. The property is arranged on two levels and consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, balconies, and a fenced yard.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a seating area, TV, and air conditioning. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as an additional sleeping place for one person. On this level there is also the first bedroom with a king-size double bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the first floor there are the second and third bedrooms. Both rooms have queen-size double beds and access to their own balconies with views of the sea and the Toroni Castle. Between the bedrooms there is a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with a TV, while there is also an additional air conditioner on the upper floor. The kitchen is located within the living room and is equipped for preparing meals during the stay. The space also includes a dining table with chairs.

The house has a fenced yard with a seating area and barbecue, where guests can prepare meals and spend time outdoors. The upper-floor balconies are furnished with a table and chairs, suitable for enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. Parking is available within the yard.

Smoking and parties are not allowed in the accommodation, while pets are allowed.
