S Apartments are located 600 meters from the beach and 800 meters from the center of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The apartments accommodate up to 4 guests and are part of a luxury complex featuring a garden and a swimming pool.

Accommodation

Two apartments of identical layout and equipment are available. One is located on the ground floor, while the other is on the first floor.

Elegantly furnished, each apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and dining table, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, a large oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee machine.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Each apartment features a spacious terrace (25 m²) with outdoor seating furniture and views of the garden and a distant sea view.
