• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Small pets are allowed at an additional charge.
• Quiet Hours - 15:00 - 18:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Roxani First Line Apartments are located 150 meters from the beach in Fourka, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The complex offers accommodation for 4-6 people with a yard and a children’s playground.

Accommodation

There are a total of three accommodation units available:

• Apartments N29 and N31 – Each can accommodate 6 people and has three bedrooms – two with double beds, and a third with two single beds.

• Apartment N32 – Can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms with double beds.

All apartments have the same amenities – each has a kitchen (large fridge with freezer, mini stove with oven and three burners, electric kettle), a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and television. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a shared washing machine is also available (free of charge).

Guests have access to a shared yard with a children’s playground, and a barbecue can be used upon request. Free parking is available on the street in front of the property or on the public parking lot in front of the complex.
