Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Set amidst blossomed gardens, the family-run Rousis Studios is located in Parga Town of Epirus, within 800 m from the beach.

Villa consists of studios and apartments, recently built to a very high standard in a lovely quiet area as you enter Parga.

Accommodation

The studios which are for 2-3 persons, have a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. There are also some larger apartments, each with a separate bedroom and kitchen, which can accommodate up to 2-4 persons. All the studios and apartments have air conditioning and satellite television and are very well appointed. There is private parking and attractive gardens.
