Description

Roula’s Residence is located in Nea Flogita, approximately 400 meters from the beach. The maisonette extends over two levels (second and third floor of the building) and is suitable for 6 to 8 guests.

Accommodation

On the first level of the maisonette, there is a central living area that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa bed, which can be used as an additional sleeping option for two guests. This area provides access to a terrace. On the same level, there is also one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The second level includes two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower on this floor. Guests also have access to a small auxiliary kitchen, along with a workspace with a desk, suitable for working or using a laptop during the stay.

The terrace is spacious and equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and it offers a partial sea view.

The property is air-conditioned, and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. The accommodation also includes a washing machine and a dryer. Private parking is not available, but street parking is possible nearby where permitted.
