• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Roula’s Apartment is an accommodation located less than 50m from the sea and 500m from the center of Nea Peramos, the capital of the regional unit of Kavala.

Accommodation

The apartment has an area of 45m² and it is located in the semi-basement (two steps below the ground level). It can accommodate up to 5 persons.

It consists of a separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a kitchen area with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge and kitchenware.

The apartment offers side sea view. It doesn't have air-conditioning.

Sto se samog smestaja tice (Roula's Apartment u Nea Peramosu), osecanja su podeljena. S jedne strane, bio je lepse uredjen nego sto se vidi na slikama i lokacija je zaista odlicna. Ali sa druge, mnogo smo cekali na ulaz u apartman, zatim jos cekanja na posteljinu i peskire, sto nakon dugog puta po letnjim temperaturama nikako nije bilo nezanemarljivo. Takodje, higijena u stanu je bila na bas niskom nivou - sudovi samo proprani, podovi neocisceni, kupatilo u polu-raspadnutom stanju (bojler zalepljen selotejpom, klimava wc solja i slicno). Tako da smo misljenja da ipak niska cena smestaja nije bila dovoljna da nadomesti osnovne potrebe. Malo vise recenzija bi svakako pomoglo da se stekne bolja slika i donese prava odluka.
