Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Roula House is located 470 meters from the beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula Sithonia.

Offers sea view, nice decorated units and all amenities for comfortable stay.

Roula House was built in 1975 and renovated in 2018. Consists of 7 studios and 3 apartments.

• Double studio has a double bed. There are 5 studios of this type.

• Triple studio has a double bed (or two single beds) and an additional bed or a sofa bed.

• Apartment (smaller) for 4+1 persons has separated bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with sofa bed.

• Apartments (bigger) includes 2 bedrooms. There are 2 apartments of this type. First apartment includes 2 double beds and can accommodate up to 4+1 persons. Second apartment has a king size double bed, double bed standard and living room with a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Apartment are located on the 2nd floor and were renovated in 2014.
