Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Rouchotas Apartments combines modern comfort and an ideal location in Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. Located just a few steps from the coastal street and the pedestrian area, this complex offers a mix of practicality, comfort and authentic hospitality.
The most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia, such as Makris Gialos, Costa Costa, and Platis Gialos, are only a ten-minute drive from the accommodation. The local ferry station is located in front of the villa, allowing a quick transfer to the west side of the island and a visit to the beautiful beaches of Xi, Vatsa and Petani. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and other city attractions in the immediate vicinity.
Accommodation
Rouchotas Apartments have 9 studios for 2-4 people, located on the second and third floors of a building with an elevator.
The studios are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - air conditioning, safe box, free Wi-Fi internet, television and mosquito nets.
The maintenance of the accommodation is at a high level, with daily cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The kitchens in the studios are equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories, such as an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, a toaster, an espresso machine, an electric kettle, and dishes.
The complex offers a beautifully landscaped garden ideal for relaxing, while free public parking is located directly across the street from the accommodation.
There is a super market on the ground floor of the building, which provides guests with easy access to daily necessities.
Rouchotas Apartments provides a variety of services and facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for its guests:

Divni domaćini, smeštaj je opremljen sa svim potrebim aparatima i stvarima, čišćenje je svakodnevno, pozicija apartmana je odlična sve se nalazi u blizini, centar grada, market, pekara... za svaku preporuku.

Bili smo 2013.godine kod gospodje Verice i gospodina Viktora, najbolji smestaj u Grckoj, a letujem vise decenija. Potpuno opremljeni apartmani u kojima ima stvari kao da ste kod kuce, a sve je beskprekorno cisto, izuzetno ljubazni domacini uvek spremni da pomognu, odlicna lokacija, to sto nije na plazi nema ulogu jer ako dodjete na Kefaloniju morate obilaziti celo ostrvo i svakog dana ici na drugu plazu jer inace necete imati pravi utisak raznolikih plaza, prirodnih lepota i svega sto ostrvo nudi. Ako ste staticni i treba vam samo plaza ispred hotela onda ne vredi da predjete toliki put. Pozdrav za divne domacine i sve preporuke za smestaj!

Upravo smo se vratili sa Kefalonije, a bili smo gosti porodice Rouchotas. Ovakav smeštaj još nismo imali u Grčkoj, a letujemo od 2006. godine. Smeštaj je postupno nov, imate sve što vam zatreba od malih aparata, preko pegle, fena i veš mašine. Čiste se svakoga dana, a uz to imate i peškire za tuširanje i za plažu koji se takođe menjaju svakoga dana. Svakoga trenutka osećate dobrodošlicu počevši od samog dolaska kada vas u frižideru čeka osveženje a potom stiže činija voća. Sve pohvale za njih, i jedno prelepo letovanje...

Kakve su plaže, ima li u blizini neka koja nije betonska ili se mora trajektom ići na tu drugu stranu ostrva da bismo se kupali? Mislim pre svega na finansijski efekat toga, svaki dan trajekt?

Znate onaj osećaj kad se pojavite kod rodbine koja jedva čeka da dodjete??? E tako sam se osetio kad smo stigli, kao da smo rod rođeni. O smeštaju neću trošiti reči sve je kao na slikama.Rezervisan trajekt I pri dolasku i pri odlasku. Čisto kao u apoteci . Verica jedna sjajna žena, neverovatna. Panagisa nisam imao sreće da upoznam ali biće prilike, ostajemo u kontaktu Sve preporuke, SVAKA ČAST! Veliko HVALA i pozdrav.
