• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Roses Apartments are located at Nea Michaniona, Thermaikos of Thessaloniki, Greece. We offer summer accommodation between July to September.

During the summer months you could combine your stay with a visit to the nearby beaches: Peraia, Neoi Epivates, Aghia Triada, Nea Michaniona and Epanomi. Here, you can find clear blue waters and facilities for water sports.

There are every type of facilities, marines, courses and picturesque traditional taverns right next to the sea, as well as various open-air places for entertainment under the starry sky. Several of these beaches have been awarded blue flags of the European Union for their quality and cleanliness.

Roses apartments include studios and two layer apartments.
Studios can accommodate 3 persons (1 double bed and a sofa bed)
Apartments with roof bedroom can accommodate 6 persons.

Apartment Ioanna has 4 rooms, 2 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate comfortably 7 persons (max adults 9 and max children 5).

Apartment Wild Rose has 3 rooms, 1 double bed, 3 single beds, 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom, can accommodate comfortably 5 persons (max adults 6 and max children 4).

They all include a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and stove, dining area, siting area, balcony, TV and free WiFi. Pets are also welcome.
