Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Romanos Beach is a complex of six-holiday homes in the most coveted location in the area of Pylos Messinia, right on the golden-sanded Romanos beach.
It is a gated property surrounded by pine trees and endemic plants, offering peace and quiet as it is at the end of a dead-end road.
Accommodation
Each home is totally independent, with a garage on the ground floor (with the exception of the suite) and the living area on the upper floor.
It consists of an open-plan living room/kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The sofas in the living room open up to become two single beds.
The ample bathroom with a walk-in shower is just off the living room. The veranda offers sea-views and furniture for al-fresco dining. Daily housekeeping and linen changes every three days.
SUITE – 1 BEDROOM AND 1 LIVING ROOM WITH SIDE SEA VIEW: A private floor on a bungalow, independent and detached house. Side sea view balcony with access from the bedroom and the living room. The living room offers accommodation also to 2 additional persons on comfortable sofa beds.
DETACHED HOLIDAY HOUSE – 1 BEDROOM AND 1 LIVING ROOM SEA VIEW: A private bungalow, independent and a detached house. Sea view balcony with access from the bedroom and the living room.
