Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Rodi Houses is a complex in Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula. The beach is 4.5 km away, and the nearest market is 500 meters away. It offers accommodation for 4-7 people with a garden and barbecue.

The complex consists of three accommodation units. The ground floor features one studio and one apartment for 4 people each, while on the first floor is a spacious apartment for up to 7 guests.

Studio can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. It contains a double, a single, and an extra bed. It has a kitchen that includes a small oven with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, kitchenware, and a small dining table. There is a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a garden view.

Apartment for 4 people has a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed, while there is an extra bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen includes a small oven with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, kitchenware, and a dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a porch with a sitting area overlooking the garden.

Apartment for 7 people has three bedrooms - two with double beds, and the third with a single and a double bed of smaller dimensions. The room with the kitchen includes a dining area and a sofa. The kitchen features a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a fridge with a freezer, and kitchenware. A private bathroom with a shower is available. The terrace offers a view of the town and the hills and has a large table and chairs.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi internet, and television.

A garden with a barbecue is at guests' disposal, while cars can be parked on the street.
