Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Rodavgi House is located in Sikia on the Sithonia peninsula, 150m from the beach. It consists of two apartments, accommodating up to 5 people.

Accommodation

Each apartment consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed and one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, two hotplates with a glass-ceramic plate, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Each apartment has a terrace with outdoor furniture suitable for dining.

Guests have access to air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet.

The spacious yard full of greenery is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, a playground for children, as well as a barbecue.

There is parking within the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.
