Description

Rock Haven Maisonette Sithonia is located in the center of Sykia, a small village nestled among the beautiful hills of Sithonia and surrounded on all sides by authentic Mediterranean vegetation. Thessaloniki International Airport is approximately 140 kilometers away from the property (a little over a two-hour drive), while the nearest beach is less than 5 kilometers away. The accommodation is ideal for families with children – the maximum capacity is 9 guests (7 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

This accommodation is a maisonette (two-level apartment), whose interior includes one spacious living room, a kitchen, a dining area, one bathroom, one toilet, and four bedrooms. The interior design of the maisonette, dominated by stone (the walls are clad in stone, reminiscent of traditional Mediterranean taverns), gives the property a special sense of warmth and charm.

GROUND FLOOR

The spacious living room features a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, air conditioning, and a Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a kettle, toaster, and espresso coffee machine.

In addition to the standard bathroom (shower cabin, sink, and toilet), there is also a separate toilet (without a shower). A washing machine is available to guests.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed.

UPPER FLOOR

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each feature a double bed, while the third bedroom has a smaller double bed. There is an air-conditioning unit in the hallway on this floor, and guests also have access to two portable fans.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as parking directly in front of the accommodation. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The property is covered by free wireless internet.
