Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable

Description

The Rizes House consists of two brand new luxury apartments. It is a small, family-run business done with great care and personal work. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a storage room or a wc as well as large balconies. They are fully equipped with three air conditioners each, private washing machines, electrical appliances and anatomic mattresses.

Free use of barbeque, car park and cleaning services are provided for all guests.

The accommodation is only 2km away from the beach of "Trani Ammouda" and 3km from the port of Ormos Panagia, from which start daily cruises to Mount Athos.

In Agios Nikolaos you will find an ATM, a Health Center, pharmacies, Super Markets and many coffee shops or restaurants. Every Friday you can have fun at the "Greek Nights" organized in the square of the village.

Accommodation

Apartment Elia is 65 sq.m. has two bedrooms, each one with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. There are also three air conditioners, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each room has its own terrace overlooking the garden and pine forest.

This apartment is suitable for up to 5 people and provides its guests a private parking.

Apartment Rodia is 85 sq.m. and has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, 1 bathroom, 1 wc and two balconies. One bedroom has 1 king-size bed (with a private wc) and the second bedroom has 1 king-size bed and one single bed. In the living room there are two sofa beds.

There are three air conditioners (one in each room), private washing machine, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi, microwave, kitchen and fridge, baby cot, baby food seat and toilet seat for children.
