• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total price is nonrefundable.

Description

River Studios & Apartments are located 20 km south of the capital Corfu between the two resorts of Moraitika and Messonghi. The property is approx. 500 m walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from the bars, cafes, local shops, tavernas and nightlife in the resorts.

Accommodation

The complex consist of 16 rooms and 3 apartments with capacity for 2-4 persons. 

The rooms feature a small hallway, a private bathroom, and a sleeping area with a balcony.

Apartments have two separate twin bedrooms, lounge with 2 sofas, a bathroom and two balconies overlooking the pool.

The units don't feature kitchens, only fridges.

Room cleaning and changing of towels is done every other day, while bed linen are replaced every 4 days.

Ovog leta smo boravili u ovom objektu i po mom misljenju vrlo skromno za novac koji smo platili. U kuhinji od dve ringle jedna nije radila a druga je izbaciva osigurac kad se ukljuci .Pribor u kuhinji star i pohaban . Od plaze udaljen 600-800 m , uzavisnosti kojim putem idete. Prozori bez komarnika a komaraca ima jer reka protice pored dvorista. Ono sto je za pohvalu je ciscenje soba na dva dana i menjanje peskira, a na 4 dana menjanje posteljine. U dvoristu je veliki prostor za parkiranje tako da vam je auto na sigurnom. Moja ocena na skali od 1 do 5, samo 3..

Sve je preeeskromno. Kreveti nisu bas katastrofa ali nisu ni udobni. Mi smo bili u smestaju za 3 osobe a pribora je bilo za 2. Kupatila klasicna za Grcku stara sa onim groznim zavesama. u celoj sobi ima samo 2 uticnice. Jedino pozitivno vezano za smestaj sto je stvarno cist i sto su redovno menjali posteljinu i peskire.
