Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Ria Villa is found in an exceptional location in Kalamitsi in the region of Epirus, just 450m from the private sandy beach of Kalamitsi and a short distance from Preveza city, Aktion Airport and Lefkada island.

Accommodation

It is a luxurious villa that covers an area of 250 square meters and can easily accommodate 8 people.

It features 3 floors:
On the first floor there is on open-plan space with a large living room, a kitchen with all the necessities and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large family-sized bathroom.
On the third floor there is a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathrom and a balcony with a view of the Ionian Sea.

Ria Villa also has a garden, private pool, a latest technology television in each room, air-conditioning units in all areas, Wi-Fi internet, private tennis court, private soccer field, children's playground, and a big, free parking area.

It is only 15 minutes by car from Lefkada island, 5 minutes from the beach of Monolithi with its continuous, sandy coastsline of 25km, 40 minutes from Parga and 4 minutes from the centre of the city of Preveza.
