Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Rania Villa is located in Skala Rachoni, on the island of Thassos, 200 meters from the sandy Skala Rachoni Beach. In the green yard there is a playground for children, as well as a seating area and barbecue.

The units can accommodate up to 4 people. At the distance 100m there are a supermarket.

Accommodation

Villa Rania consists of 2 buildings and 6 accommodation units, all located on the ground floor. The central building contains 2 apartments and in the second building there are 4 studios.

The studios with an area of 35m2 are quadruple (with 4 single beds), 2 triple (3 single beds) and double (2 united single beds).

The air-conditioned apartments cover an area of 55m2 and have 2 completely separate bedrooms and separate kitchen with dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a fridge, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a toaster. In front of the entrance there is a seating area.

Children can play carefree outdoor games and enjoy themselves as the area is absolutely secure.

Free private parking is available for the guests. B

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Cleaning is performed daily.
