• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

"Rania Studios" is built in a 3500sqm quite and green full area. It is among an old olive grove, at the foot of the mountain, below the village Frini and the monastery of Faneromeni. It is only 1,5km away from Lefkada City.

At "Rania Studios" you will enjoy a refreshing swim in the big swimming pool which has children part and you will relax on the sun beds. A BBQ., free wireless Internet and a private parking are some of "Rania Studios" facilities.

The area is excellent for a walk or cycling. "Rania Studios" are only 800m away of the blue flag awarded beach of Agios Ioannis. Close to "Rania Studios" there are Kastro and Gira beaches (about 1.5km away). At about 10Km you will find the traditions village of Agios Nikitas with its famous beaches Kathisma and Pefkoulia. A Supermarket and a bakery are only 200m away of "Rania Studios".

Accommodation

• 9 spacious triple bed studios, 35sqm each, capable to accommodate up to 2 guests. All studios are equipped with a double bed and it is possible to add an extra bed.
• 3 spacious triple bed studios, 35sqm each, capable to accommodate up to 3 guests. All studios are equipped with a double bed, a single bed and it is possible to add an extra bed
• 1 spacious apartment, 70sqm, capable to accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and it is possible to add up to two extra beds.

All Studios and apartment are in 4 buildings with veranda or balcony, decorated with wooden beams, forged iron beds and furniture in earthy shades.
