• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for 4 person, extra person pay 19 EUR per night (Mellisa, Queen and Honey apartment).
• Basic min. stay - 3 nights. For the period 16/06-15/09 the min. stay is 5 nights.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00
• For early check-ins or late check-outs, please inform the managers in advance - availability will determine whether the request may be accommodated.
• Please inform the managers of the arrival and departure times at least 2-3 days in advance of the check-in date.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled 30-14 days before the date of the arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 14-7 days before the date of the arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 7 days before the date of the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Description

Queen Bee Residence is a complex of four luxury apartments for 4-6 people, with a shared yard, swimming pool, and private parking. The complex is located in Minies on the island of Kefalonia, 1.9 kilometers from Minies beach, and 6 kilometers from the famous Makris Gialos beach.

Accommodation

Kypseli is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 people. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a dining area, and a living room. It leads to a paved porch with an outdoor seating and dining area.

Melissa is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 6 people. It contains two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed that can fold out into a bed for two people. The apartment also offers two bathrooms with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The porch has a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea.

Honey is located on the first floor and can accommodate 6 people. The floor can be reached by stairs or an outdoor elevator. The apartment contains two bedrooms (a double and two single beds), two bathrooms with showers, a living room with a corner sofa bed, a kitchen, and a dining area. The private furnished terrace offers a view of the garden, the sea, and the pool.

Queen is located on the second floor and can host 6 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a corner sofa bed. This apartment also has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the garden, the sea, and the pool.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. All kitchens include a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Cleaning service is available upon request, while towels and bed linen are changed twice a week.

The apartments are located on a 4000 m2 property with a beautifully landscaped garden full of greenery. Guests have access to a swimming pool with sunbeds and towels, a shared barbecue, and a private parking lot.
