• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Puerto Hotel is located only 110 meters from the beach in the small, quiet Porto Koufo, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation for 4 people with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

Two types of accommodation units are available:

• Apartment for 4 people - Two units of this type are available, located on the ground floor. Each apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed in the living room.

• Studio for 2+2 - There are two studios available on the first floor, each containing a double and two bunk beds.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television, while a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done halfway through the stay (the service is only available for bookings longer than 3 nights).

Studios and apartments each have a kitchenette for preparing light meals (induction stove, fridge, toaster, kettle), private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the garden. One studio and one apartment offer a partial sea view.

A yard with a barbecue is at guests' disposal. One private parking space is provided for each unit.
