• Minimum stay:
- Apartment - 1 night.
- Maisonette - 4 nights in May, 3 nights in October.
- Villa - 4 nights in June, 6 nights in July and August, 5 nights in September.
• Note: Tourist tax (0.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Prime Luxury Villa beach front is located in Nea Vrasna, 110 meters from the beach. The villa has 4 levels and can accommodate up to 10 people. It offers a beautiful view of Strimonikos Bay, a garden with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, as well as private parking.

Accommodation

The villa consists of 4 levels and 4 bedrooms with double beds. A sofa bed is placed in the nicely decorated living room with a fireplace, and another extra bed is also available.

The villa has one toilet and two bathrooms with shower cabins, free toiletries, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The ground floor features a kitchenette with a hob and a refrigerator, while a fully equipped kitchen is set upstairs. It includes a stove, a fridge, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, kitchenware, and a small dining area.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and 3 TVs.

The unit also has two furnished terraces from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Nea Vrasna.

In front of the villa is a lovely garden with lots of greenery and flowers. A gazebo with a large dining table and a brick barbecue are at guests' disposal. Private parking is also available.

The villa is rented as a whole out from June to September. In May, it is divided into two parts, so a ground-floor apartment for 4 people and a maisonette on 3 levels for 6 people are available. The maisonette is also available during October.
