Porto Matina Hotel

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night: studio - 2 persons and apartment - 3 persons - halfboard

Studio
• Infants (0-1.99) stay free of charge in studio.
• Additional child aged 2-6.99 years is charged 18€ in the periods 30/05-10/06 and 21/09-26/09; 20€ in the period 11/06-30/06 and 01/09-20/09; 22€ in the period 01/07-10/07 and 23€ in the period 11/07-31/08.
• Additional child aged 7-11.99 years is charged 27€ in the periods 30/05-10/06 and 21/09-26/09; 30€ in the period 11/06-30/06 and 01/09-20/09; 33€ in the period 01/07-10/07 and 34€ in the period 11/07-31/08.
• Additional adult is charged 33€ in the periods 30/06-10/06 and 21/09-26/09; 36€ in the period 11/06-30/06 and 01/09-20/09; 40€ in the period 01/07-10/07 and 41€ in the period 11/07-31/08.

Apartment
The apartment cannot accommodate less than 4 people (adults and children).
• Infants (0-1.99) stay free of charge in apartment.
• Additional child aged 2-6.99 years is charged 18€ in the periods 30/05-10/06 and 21/09-26/09; 22€ in the period 11/06-30/06 and 01/09-20/09; 24€ in the period 01/07-10/07 and 26€ in the period 11/07-31/08.
• Additional child aged 7-12 years is charged 24€ in the periods 30/05-10/06 and 21/09-26/09; 26€ in the period 11/06-30/06 and 01/09-20/09; 28€ in the period 01/07-10/07 and 30€ in the period 11/07-31/08.
• Additional adult is charged 30€ in the periods 30/05-10/06 and 21/09-26/09; 32€ in the period 11/06-30/06 and 01/09-20/09; 33€ in the period 01/07-10/07 and 35€ in the period 11/07-31/08.

• Note: Tourist tax (5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid one day before arriving at the hotel

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 11 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 10-8 days before the arrival, 30% of the deposit will be kept by the owners.
• If a reservation is canceled 7-4 days before the arrival, 50% will be kept.
• If a reservation is canceled 3-1 days before the arrival, 80% will be kept.
• If canceled later or in case of non show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Payment in Advance - Early booking Policy
• Early booking discount: 10% off from the prices of the attached table (for reservations made until 30 April 2024)
• Payment for early booking reservations is set to 30% deposit of the total amount, paid in two time periods:
a) First payment 19 January 2024, for reservations made until 31 December 2023 and
b) Second payment 03 May 2024, for reservations made from 01 January 2024 until 30 April 2024.
• Changes or cancellations of early booking reservations can be made for free if they are made prior to the date of 30% deposit. After the date of 30% deposit payment passes, return of money is not possible.
• For the rest of the cases, including early booking reservations, the cancellation policy remains as mentioned previously.
• Every reservation should be prepaid 1 day prior to customer arrival at the hotel. In other case the hotel will not accommodate the client. After customer departure the hotel will issue an invoice to the agency.

Early bookings
- in case of cancellation due to covid-19, the hotel will offer the possibility to transfer the reservation to another date within 18 months.
- the amount of the deposit is non refundable, in the sense that the money will not be returned, but the customers will have the opportunity to transfer their reservation to another date.
