Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Porto Anna Apartments are located in the front of the sea, in Nikiti, on the beautiful peninusla of Sithonia, and is ideal choice for families, couples and group of friends who want to enjoy near the beach, in the peaceful enviroment.

Object is surrouned with gated garden where children can play safely and adults can enjoy in BBQ facilities. Private parking is provided.

Porto Anna Apartments consists of: 4 studios (two for 2+1 persons and two for 3+1 persons) and 4 apartments (two for 3+1 persons and two for 4+1 persons).

• Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2+3 persons.

• Studio 2 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2+2 persons.

• Studio 3 is located on the ground floor an can accommodate up to 2+2 persons.

• Studio 4 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 persons. Extra bed can be added (child up to 6 years).

• Studio 5 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2+2 persons.

• Apartment 6 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2+2 persons.

• Studio 7 is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 persons. Extra bed can be added (child up to 6 years).

• Apartment 8 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4+1 persons. Extra bed can be added (child up to 6 years).

All units have terrace with table and chairs and with sea view, and in each unit can be added baby cot without extra charge.
