• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

The apartments are located on the first and second floors, and all have a street view. The entrance to the building is secured by a code.

Apartments for 3 people have one bedroom with a double and a single bed. Apartments for 4 people have 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

All apartments have a separate kitchen with a stove, an oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. They also feature a private covered terrace with a table and chairs.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, bed linen, and towels.

The building does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street in front of and near the accommodation.

Poyitimi apartmants su savršeni,počev od spavaćih soba,gde su kreveti vrlo udobni,dobro opremljeno kuhinjom,kupatilom u kome sve funkcioniše i sa dve lepe terase

Apartmani Flogita su na odličnoj lokaciji u blizini mora, ljubazni vlasnici učinili su da se osećamo dobrodošlo. Apartmani su pune veličine sa kompletnom kuhinjom, samo ponesite hranu ili idite u supermarket odmah niz ulicu. Plaža je udaljena 50m, 2 minuta hoda od soba. Dosta parkinga na ulici, vikendom je malo manje mesta. Sobe su lepe veličine, čiste i udobne. Ovo su sobe u apartmanskom stilu, poput kuće, peškiri i posteljina se menjaju na zahtev osim ako se ne dogovorite unapred. Mudanija je udaljena 7 minuta kolima ili možete ići autobusom za 5 evra, postoji i autobus za Solun, Politimi Apartments je na odličnoj lokaciji u centru, super mesto za odmor u Grčkoj. Preporučujemo i posetićemo ponovo u aprilu.
