• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Cleaning service (upon request) - 20 EUR/ per service.
• Please respect the common areas and keep them clean. Do not leave garbage or damage the garden, plants, trees, or other property. When using the BBQ or dining in the garden, kindly clean the table and area afterward.
• Note: Tourist tax (2 EUR per unit/ per night) is not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Polis House Studios is located 150 meters from the beach in Paralia Vrasna. The complex offers accommodation for 3–4 persons and features a beautifully arranged yard full of greenery and natural shade. The property is only a few minutes’ walk from the town center, in close proximity to all necessary amenities.

Accommodation

There is a total of 6 accommodation units available – 5 triple studios and 1 quadruple studio.

Studios for 3 persons include one double bed and one single bed. Two units are located on the elevated ground floor, while three are on the first floor.

The studio for 4 persons features two double beds and is located on the elevated ground floor.

All units have the same layout and equipment. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. A baby cot is available upon request.

Each studio has a kitchen (two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker), a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden.

Cleaning service during the stay is available only upon request and at an additional charge. For reservations longer than 8 days, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, while for reservations longer than 20 nights, they are changed every 5 days.

In the fenced yard, guests have access to shared barbecue equipment. Private parking is not available, but guests can park their vehicles on the street near the property.
