Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Pirgaki Villa is located in Sithonia, 300 meters from the famous Vatopedi beach and 6 kilometers from Metamorfosi. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 adults and 2 babies. It offers a spacious garden with a private pool, a view of the sea and the river, outdoor furniture, a tennis court, and private parking.

Accommodation

This luxury villa has three levels. In the semi-basement, there is a living room, a toilet, and two bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The ground floor features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

The villa has a central air conditioning system, while the semi-detached house has fan support. It is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a television, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. A spacious terrace with a table, chairs, and deck chairs is also available.

It is surrounded by a large, beautifully landscaped garden full of greenery. The complex also includes a private pool, barbecue, tennis court, garden furniture, deck chairs, parking, and an outdoor dining area overlooking the nearby river.
