Description

Phoenix Studios is located in the old part of Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 300 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people and a beautifully landscaped garden with a summer house.

Accommodation

The complex consists of eight studios. Studios for two persons contain a double bed, and for three persons a double bed and a sofa. Studios for 4 people have a double bed and two single beds (it is possible in some units that the second bed is a drawer bed).

Each studio features a kitchen that includes a built-in two-burner stove, a refrigerator, a toaster, and kitchenware, as well as a private bathroom with a shower cabin, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite television, free Wi-Fi internet, safes, and mosquito nets. Rooms are cleaned and sheets and towels are changed every three days.

Each studio has a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the yard and the surrounding area.

Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped garden with a summerhouse, brick barbecue, outdoor dining area, garden furniture, and children's playground. Cars can be parked on the street in front of and around the accommodation.
