Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Set in the old part of Sarti, Petros House is an accommodation within walking distance from the beach and the center of Sarti. It’s only 80m away from Sarti’s beach and only 30m from the town center, with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

Its uniqueness lies in the fact that, while it’s only 30m from the town center, the location is peaceful and ideal for relaxation.

Accommodation

Petros House consists of 10 studios: one double (no.1), one triple (no.2), 5 quadruple (no.3, 4, 5, 7, 8) and one studio for 5 people (no. 6). The other two will be completed soon. They all are renovated except number 1, 2 and 3 that are located on the ground floor.

All studios are equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. Our accommodation also has a garden where the visitors can enjoy BBQ, a cup of coffee or a drink. On our open terrace, our guests can enjoy a unique view of both sea and mountain.

Double studio no.1 (17m²) has one double bed. Triple studio no. 2 (22m²) consists of one double and one single bed. Quadruple studios no. 3 (22m²) and no. 4 (25m²) are on the ground floor and contain one double bed and bunk bed.

On the first floor, there are studio no. 5 (25m²) with one double bed and bunk bed and studio no. 6 (27m²) with one double bed, one single bed and one sofa. Quadruple studio no. 7 (25m²) has one double bed and a sofa and it is also on the first floor. Studio no.8 (25m²) is located on the second floor, but it also has one double bed and one sofa.

Each of them have a kitchen with fridge, stovetop and kitchenware.

There is a public parking available in front of the house. The replacement of linen takes place every 5 days.
