Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
Petros Apartment (Maria’s Home) is situated near the center of Ierissos, a village on the east coast of Chalkidiki (the secret garden of Greece as some call it). You only have to put on your swimming suit and walk to the sea. Only 7 minutes walking from bus- stop to travel to Thessaloniki and other places. Also 1,30 hour driving from the Thessaloniki airport. The visitors have easy access to all kinds of facilities, for instance taverns, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy shops.
Accommodation
It can easily host up to 9 persons - 7 guests on existing beds, with a possibility of adding two extra beds. It is surrounded by a spacious balcony where the visitors may lunch with a view to the sea of crystal blue waters.
The flat is fully equipped providing bed- sheets, towels, blankets, etc changing every 5 days There is a lot of parking space in front.
Most of the time the owner stays on the attic above the flat and she will always be willing to provide help during your stay or any problem that may come out.

Detalji u gornjem tekstu nisu dovoljni da opišu komfor apartmana i gostoljubivost domaćina. Sjajno smo se proveli. Apartman je bukvalno 20m od plaže. Nas je bilo osmoro i funkcionisali smo u tih 120m2 bez guranja. Klime nema , ali nije ni potrebna , buke takodje nema. sjajno,sjajno i ići ćemo ponovo. Idealno za dve porodice, a ako je smeštaj preveliki probajte u Thanos apartmanima.
