Note

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Minimum stay - minimum stay is until July 20th 4 days and from July 20th until the end of August 6 days. Depending on the reservations, a reservation can be made if there are empty dates and up to 2 days.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ / per day in Studio and Old Groces; 15 EUR/ per day in Guesthouse) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 15 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation for stays in July, August & September is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more. For stays in other periods, the deposit will be refunded if a cancelation is made up to 14 days before the date of the arrival.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

House Rules
• The property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Disinfectant is also available for your use.
• Please use door stoppers to prevent doors from slamming due to drafts.
• Do not leave the key inside the door lock, so we can assist you if you get locked out.
• All electrical appliances and the a/c must be turned off when you are not in the property, even for a short time (for safety and energy-saving reasons).
• After the washing cycle, please wait a few minutes before opening the washing machine and open it gently. Do not use it during quiet hours.
• Consumables are not provided, but you are welcome to use what is available in the house.
• For clean sheets and/or towels, please contact us. Cleaning during your stay is not included, but cleaning supplies are available.
• Do not throw anything in the toilet (including toilet paper, sanitary items, etc.). Please use waste bins.
• The BBQ can be used upon request. After use, please extinguish the coals and clean the grill. BBQ use is allowed until 10 pm.
• Please do not feed or keep cats in the yard. They are stray animals. If you wish to feed them, please do so outside the yard (e.g., parking area).
• Please respect quiet hours: 2:00 pm–5:00 pm and 11:00 pm–9:00 am.

Accommodation

Petrino Studio

• Petrino Studio is a welcoming stone house with a view of the mountain. Petrino is one of our beautiful, renovated houses, with 1 bedroom, a living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. You can enjoy the marvelous view of the surrounding mountains adorned with olive groves that surround our village from the balcony.

The studio can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It is fully furnished, including kitchen utensils and appliances, washing machine, TV/DVD, Wifi, air conditioning and heating. It shares a stone courtyard with a barbeque, wood fire oven and refreshing shade from our trees.

Petrino Guesthouse

• A two story guesthouse with 2 bedrooms in the attic, a bathroom, kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Traditional island village architecture dominated by stone and wood. You can enjoy the stars at night through the skylight.
It’s fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dish-washer, kitchen appliances, TV/DVD,Wifi , air conditioning and heating. It shares a stone courtyard with a barbeque, wood fire oven and refreshing shade from our trees. It can accommodate up to 4 people and 1 extra guest, and the charging depends on the period from 5 to 10 eur/per night.

Petrino Old Grocer’s House
• It is 80 sq m with 1 bedroom and two bathrooms stone house entering the 3rd century of its life. It has been a house and grocery store through the years. It can accommodate two adults on the ground floor and a child on the living room sofa.
