Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the
arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for
administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner
of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it
will not be returned to the guest.

Description
Petra House is located about 400 meters from the beach in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula. It offers accommodation for 8 people with a garden and private parking.
Accommodation
The house spreads over two levels connected by stairs.
The ground floor consists of a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle), a toilet, and a terrace with an outdoor dining area.
The first floor features three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a terrace with a view of the garden.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests have at their disposal a beautifully organized garden and free private parking, while a barbecue is available upon request.
