Description

Petra House Pefkochori Complex is located on the Kassandra peninsula, in the famous resort of Pefkochori, just 450 meters from the nearest beach and 97 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of the property is 8 guests.

Accommodation

The complex features a beautiful two-story villa with an even more charming yard.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas, a TV, and air conditioning; a toilet (washbasin, WC, and washing machine); and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and extractor hood. From the main open-plan area, which includes the kitchen and living room, there is access to a veranda furnished with outdoor furniture, suitable for outdoor dining.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional balcony. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has bunk beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and one of them also includes a TV. The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin, and WC. The balcony features comfortable armchairs for seating.

The entire complex is covered by free wireless internet. One parking space is available to guests. A barbecue is available upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
