• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is canceled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Petra Afytos Holiday Apartment is located in the center of Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula. The beach, which can be reached downhill, is about 850 meters away. The apartment is set on the second floor and can accommodate 5-6 people.

Accommodation

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and a separate room without a door with a single and a drawer bed, suitable for children. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer, a standard stove with an oven, a coffee maker, and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Guests have access to a terrace with a seating area and a partial view of the sea.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked for free on the street around the accommodation.
