• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Perix House was built in 1986 and are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels.
Perix House locate 500m from one of the best beach in the area, with very clean water with nice smooth sandy beach and the shallow waters makes it safety for children’s. Our place is very quiet and peaceful with a view in the valley of Porto Carras from the top floor and to nature from our gardens. Also at 150m from the hotel, you can find the biggest Super Market In the area and in 1000m start the village of Neos Marmaras.
Accommodation
We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children.
Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in the main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed.
We have a green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper-level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available.
Within the accommodation there is a coffee shop where you can rest or buy some groceries.
