Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Pefkari Bay Villas is a complex located in Pefkari, on the island of Thassos, just 550 meters from the nearest beach. It offers three ground-floor accommodation units for 3–4 guests, each with a private pool, set in a beautifully landscaped garden full of greenery.

The complex is 1.6 km from Potos and 4.5 km from Limenaria.

Accommodation

Villa No. 1 – This unit is a one-bedroom apartment suitable for up to 4 guests. It features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a private bathroom. The kitchen includes a 4-ring stovetop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle.

Villa No. 2 – This is a studio suitable for 3 guests. It includes a double bed, a single sofa, a kitchen (two-ring stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine), and a private bathroom.

Villa No. 3 – This is a studio that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen (two-ring stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle), and a private bathroom.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done daily, while towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 4 days.

Guests of each villa have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden and pool, a private swimming pool with sun loungers, and a private parking space.
